Fits a standard crib January 5, 2010 S. Kirsten (Woodland, CA) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
This mattress is just what we were looking for - very firm but doesn't seem too uncomfortable. Additionally, it runs a little larger than the average mattress (we had a different mattress that we got for free with the crib that was a few inches smaller on the side), so it fits VERY snugly in a standard crib. In fact, we have to lift the mattress out a little just to get the sheet on, which can be a pain if you have a crib bumper but is comforting to know that the baby can't get his hands stuck between the mattress and crib. Have already recommended this mattress to a few other parents.
Firm and inexpensive mattress January 1, 2010 hirenpatelatl (Atlanta, GA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a firm and inexpensive mattresses. I shopped around quite a bit in local stores and found mattresses that were either more expensive or softer than what I was looking for. My kids have been sleeping on them for a while and they can't tell the difference. Their as happy sleeping on a blanket on the floor (supervised) as their crib (un-supervised).
Great Mattress May 17, 2010 Amy M. Madurzak 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great mattress. Cleans well, plenty firm, no chemical smell, not too heavy, and fits great in my crib. (Delta Children's Products style Tyson Convertible Crib). One note - Don't try to take off the giant sheep sticker, there is some sort of industrial adhesive on it and it is impossible to remove.
Good quality mattress May 3, 2010 S. M. Lindsey (Georgia, USA) I bought a toddler bed for my grandson when he visits, and the bed needed a crib size mattress. I wanted a good quality, sturdy mattress that would last many years, so I ordered this one. I have not been disappointed. The quality is obvious when you handle the mattress. It is firm and sturdy. I expect this mattress to last as long as he, and my younger grandchildren, can fit in the bed. You can buy a much cheaper mattress, but if you want it to remain firm for those little growing spines, I think this is the right choice, not only for toddlers but for babies in the crib as well.
looks good! March 8, 2010 beca (ny) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
We are expecting twins and bought this as our second mattress to the one we have for our first son - we haven't used it yet (twins due in three days!), but its very firm, appears well made and fits perfectly in our crib. The one we bought for our first born was much more expensive, but they appear similar in quality and firmness. We are mighty picky so I went to the store and touched and looked at a bunch, this one appears very good, better than others.
